Measuring powders using Lenterra Inline Rheometer

Powders are involved in the majority of the industrial processes For adequate descriptions of powder processing, Inline powder rheometry is highly advantageous since the properties of the powder change drastically when a sample is taken from the processing line and loaded into an off-line rheometer. The forces acting at the particles inside the processing equipment are different from those in a sample loaded into the rheometer cell, and simulation of the processing conditions by an off-line rheometer is an immense task, especially when those conditions are not usually known for every locality of the processing vessel.
